I tried this product for about one minute and it was totally inappropriate for my back--way too much curvature--and when I tried to return it I was told that because I "tried" it, it could not be returned--my advice, do not buy this product online because you cannot return it--my local Goodwill happily accepted it.

After having sciatica pain bad enough to seek medical attention, a physical therapist suggested among other things, using a lumbar support in my chair. A co-worker recommended this one and it is fabulous. It is a good level of firmness, and the curved shape is very comfortable and supportive of my lower back.

I bought three different lumbar supports from this company and find each has it's own best use. The thinner for a chair and the thicker for sitting on the couch for any length of time. They do wonders to prevent back strain!
